Scope of Work

1. Work will be carried out strictly as per the approved quotation/work order.
2. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
3. All materials and labour specifications will be clearly mentioned in the quotation.

Payment Terms

1. An advance payment is mandatory before commencement of work.
2. Stage-wise or weekly payments must be made as per agreed terms.
3. Final payment must be cleared immediately upon completion of work.
4. Delay in payment may result in work suspension without notice.
