Cancellation Policy

Before Work Commencement

If cancelled before work starts, advance payment may be partially refundable after deducting site visit, estimation, and material booking charges.

After Work Commencement

If cancelled after work begins, the client must pay for:

  1. Work completed
  2. Materials purchased
  3. Labour charges incurred

The company reserves the right to terminate work in case of non-payment or breach of agreement.

Company Cancellation

CJ Painting Contractors reserves the right to cancel or suspend work if:

  1. Payment terms are violated
  2. Site conditions are unsafe
  3. Client interferes with agreed workflow
